Hainan Hanguang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chinese Medicines (Guangzhou) Ltd. are two subsidiaries with "Two Certificates" registered in Mainland China by Chinese Medicines H.K. Ltd.

Chinese Medicine H.K. Ltd. was registered in Hongkong in 1998 majoring in businesses of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, shipping and international technology communication.

Chinese Medicine H.K.Ltd is a trading bridge between domestic and overseas market. We have trading parteners all over the world, especially in USA, Mexico, Italy, Austria, Japan, Korea and India.

With the rapid development and internationalization of China, Chinese Medicines removed its main business from HK to Guangdong gradually.

To meet the rapid development of Chinese Medicine H.K.Ltd. in finished medicines business, Hainan Hanguang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was registered and incorporated in Haikou in January 1999 to act as a window of Chinese Medicine H.K. Ltd. in dealing with domestic business. Hanguang mainly deals with finished pharmaceutical products sales and products information collection in Mainland China.

In June 2005, Chinese Medicines (Guangzhou) Ltd., another subsidiary of Chinese Medicines H.K. Ltd., declared its establishment and passed certification of GSP in Dec 2005. Its major business included: Import & export business of API, intermediate and finished pharmaceutical products, which was another landmark for the development of Chinese Medicine H.K. Ltd. Chinese Medicines (Guangzhou) Ltd. commits itself to exploit international market. For the product selection we will pay more efforts to professional areas, these are: Neuro systmes, Cardiovascular system, Anaesthetics and anti-Infectious disease, etc.
